The Great Canadian Beer Festival |

The Great Canadian Beer Festival has become one of the worlds' must attend beer events. People from all over the globe seek out Victoria and the GCBF every year; we get brewers from Australia, volunteers from England and beer lovers from all over. Our little annual beer festival first held in 1993 has blossomed into a truly international event.
This year's festival will be held Friday and Saturday, September 10th and 11th 2010 at Royal Athletic Park.
Tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, July 24, 2010. Visit GCBF.com or their Facebook Page for more information.

The 28th Annual Filberg Festival
The 28th annual Filberg Festival - Featuring over 120 artisans, great food, and entertainment for all ages on the beautiful 9-acre waterfront Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park, happens July 30 through August 2, 2010! Gates open: Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 11 am-8 pm Monday: 11 am-6 pm
Village 900's Gabrielle Kind will be broadcasting live from the Filberg Festival on July 31st, Noon to 4:00.

Village 900 and The Pacific Peoples Partnership present Te Vaka - Live in concert, 8:00 pm, July 29th for one night only at The Victoria Event Centre.
Bubbling with enthusiasm and joy, Te Vaka's polynesian/rock fusion brings an energy like nothing else we've ever heard.
